Receipts
Receipts record the arrival of IP codes at a site pharmacy. They are auto-generated by the system when a Delivery Request is confirmed — there is no manual "New Receipt" button.
Navigate: IMP → Transfer → Receipts
Receipt columns

| IP Codes | Number of codes included in this receipt |
| Confirmed On | Date the delivery was confirmed by the site |
| Confirmed By | User who confirmed the delivery |
| Status | Receipt status (e.g., Received) |
View receipt detail
Click a row in the Receipts list to open the detail view. The detail shows each individual IP code included in the receipt, along with its current status and warehouse assignment.
Receipts are read-only
Receipts cannot be edited or deleted after generation. If a delivery was made in error, contact your study administrator to handle corrections via the delivery request workflow.
