Configure Medical Coding for standardizing adverse events and medications (MedDRA, WHODrug).

Overview

The Medical Coding module standardizes adverse events and medications using dictionaries such as MedDRA and WHODrug. Configure it from Home → select your study → Medical Coding (under Installed Apps) → Setting.

Bioontology

  • www.bioontology.org — Link to BioPortal for ontology resources
  • system configuration — Link to system-level configuration

Account

Choose how medical coding is performed:

Dictionary

Configure whether auto-coding uses a dictionary:

Auto-code Dictionary Name

Name of the dictionary used for auto-coding (e.g., MEDDRA, WHODrug). Enter the dictionary identifier when using custom account or specific dictionary settings.
