My Page

Use My Page to review your assigned work, open your current study, and switch to other studies you can access.

Overview

My Page is the ClinicalDataS landing page after sign-in. It brings together three core areas:

  • My Tasks for work that needs attention
  • Current study for the study you are currently working in
  • Other studies for switching to a different study you can access

Page layout

The page is organized from top to bottom:

  1. A top bar with the ClinicalDataS logo, primary navigation, quick action icons, and user menu
  2. The My Tasks section
  3. The Current study section
  4. The Other studies section

Top navigation links include:

  • Home
  • Administrations
  • System Settings
  • All Tasks

My Tasks

The My Tasks panel lists items assigned to you or requiring your review.

Task table columns

ColumnDescription
StudyThe study the task belongs to
SiteThe site within the study
SubjectThe linked subject identifier
Task TypeType of task, e.g., Query, Sponsor Delivery Request
CreatorWho created or assigned the task
On TargetWhether the task is on target for completion
ContentBrief description or link to the task content

Select the subject link in a row to open the task directly in its related study page.

Task pagination

If you have many tasks, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the list.

  • The record counter shows the current range, for example 1 - 10 of 127
  • Previous Page and Next Page move through the task list
  • Numbered pages let you jump directly
  • Next 5 Pages opens the next page block

Current study

The Current study card summarizes the study you are actively working in.

The card shows key study information such as:

  • Study name
  • Study status labels, for example Design, Available, or Testing
  • Your role in that study
  • A Go to Study Home button

Use Go to Study Home to open the selected study workspace.

Current study shortcuts

Below the main study card, shortcut panels provide direct access to common study areas.

Sites

  • Shows the total number of sites
  • Provides links to individual sites
  • Includes Manage sites

Events

  • Shows the total number of events
  • Provides links to specific events
  • Includes Manage events

CRFs

  • Shows the total number of CRFs
  • Includes Manage CRF(s)

Users

  • Shows the total number of study users or roles
  • Lists visible user roles on the page
  • Includes Manage users

Subjects

  • Shows the total number of subjects
  • Provides site-level subject links where available
  • Includes Subjects matrix

Applications

  • Lists enabled applications for the current study
  • Includes direct links to areas such as Data Capture, Form Builder, SDV, Randomization, Query, Medical Coding, Screening, Rule Studio, IMP, Signature, Survey, and Mobile
  • Includes Manage applications

Other studies

The Other studies section lists additional studies you can access.

Each study card typically shows:

  • Study name
  • Study status labels
  • Summary counters (Sites, Events, CRFs, Users, Subjects, Applications)
  • A Go to Study Home button

Use this section when you need to switch from your current study to another study without going through a separate study search flow.

Typical workflow

Most users will use My Page in one of these ways:

  1. Review My Tasks and open the next item that needs action.
  2. Open Current study to continue study setup, subject management, or app configuration.
  3. Use Other studies to switch to a different study you have permission to access.

Notes

  • The studies, counts, visible applications, and management links depend on your permissions.
  • The task list content changes based on your assigned work and enabled modules.
  • Some labels, column values, and available actions may differ between environments or study configurations.
