The Users page provides a global view of all user accounts in the system, their profile details, study assignments, and account settings. System administrators can search, add, view, edit, and export user records.

"Manage user access and permissions for this current study."

This page allows administrators to manage all user accounts across studies — including creating new users, editing existing users, and monitoring account status.


Users Table

The table displays up to 25 users per page (32 total in the default dataset) and includes the following columns:

Institutional AffiliationOrganization the user belongs to

LanguageInterface language (e.g., en)
2-FATwo-factor authentication status: Enabled or Disabled
Accessed DateLast login date
Created DateDate the account was created
Updated DateDate the account was last modified
Active StudyThe study the user is currently active in
OwnerWho created this user account
UpdaterWho last modified this user account

User Statuses

Actions

Search & Filters

  • Use the Search box to find users by username, name, email, or affiliation.
  • Use the filter icon to apply additional filters.
  • The table is paginated (default: 25 per page).

User Roles Seen in System

Based on system data, common user roles include:

  • System Administrator
  • Study Administrator
  • Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
  • Investigator
  • Monitor / CRA
  • Site Pharmacist (Blinded)
  • Country Warehouse Manager
  • Unblinded RTSM Administrator (Vendor/CDS)
  • Participant (auto-generated accounts like participant-sss_XX)
