Email Log

The Email Log page records all emails sent by the ClinicalDataS system. Administrators can review the history of automated and manual notifications, check delivery status, and view individual email content.

This page provides a complete audit trail for all outgoing emails generated by the system, helping administrators verify that important notifications (e.g., new user credentials, password resets, dataset extracts) were delivered successfully.
Email Log Table
| Column | Description |

| Date Sent | Date and time the email was sent |
| Study/Site | The study or site the email is related to (or -- for system-level emails) |
| Action | The event that triggered the email (see action types below) |
| Recipient | Email address of the recipient |
| Sent By | Who triggered the email: a user (by name) or System (automated) |
| Subject | Email subject line |
| Status | Delivery status (e.g., Sent) |
| Action | View button to read the full email content |
Email Action Types
Common action types recorded in the log:

| New User Password | A new user account was created and credentials were sent |
| Reset Password | A password reset was requested |
| Forgot Usernames | A user requested their username by email |
| Dataset Extract Success | A dataset export completed and results were emailed |
| Enrollment Subject | A subject was enrolled into a study |
Actions

Pagination
- Records: up to 198 entries available (25 shown per page by default).
- Use the page number links or next/previous buttons to navigate.
- Page size is configurable via the page size selector.
Use the View action to open a detail page for any email entry (e.g., /home/administrations/email-log/{id}/detail) to see the full email body.
