Path: Administrations → Email Log (/home/administrations/email-log)

The Email Log page records all emails sent by the ClinicalDataS system. Administrators can review the history of automated and manual notifications, check delivery status, and view individual email content.

This page provides a complete audit trail for all outgoing emails generated by the system, helping administrators verify that important notifications (e.g., new user credentials, password resets, dataset extracts) were delivered successfully.


Email Log Table

Date SentDate and time the email was sent
Study/SiteThe study or site the email is related to (or -- for system-level emails)
ActionThe event that triggered the email (see action types below)
RecipientEmail address of the recipient
Sent ByWho triggered the email: a user (by name) or System (automated)
SubjectEmail subject line
StatusDelivery status (e.g., Sent)
ActionView button to read the full email content

Email Action Types

Common action types recorded in the log:

Pagination

  • Records: up to 198 entries available (25 shown per page by default).
  • Use the page number links or next/previous buttons to navigate.
  • Page size is configurable via the page size selector.

Use the View action to open a detail page for any email entry (e.g., /home/administrations/email-log/{id}/detail) to see the full email body.
