Audit Login

The Audit Login page records all login attempts made to the ClinicalDataS system. It provides administrators with a complete audit trail for user authentication activity, including success and failure events.

This page helps security and compliance teams track who accessed the system, when, from where, and whether the login was successful or failed.
Audit Login Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| User | Username that attempted to log in |
| Login Attempt Date | Date and time of the login attempt |
| Login Status | Result of the login attempt (e.g., Success, Failed) |
| IP | IP address from which the login was attempted |
| Location | Geographic location resolved from the IP address |
| Source | Source/device used for the login attempt |
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Search | Filter audit logs by username, date, status, or IP |
| Export as | Export the audit log to a file (CSV or similar) |
Pagination
- Default page size: 25 records per page.
- Configurable via the page size selector.

If no login attempts have been recorded or data is unavailable, the table shows "No data."
